Friends of Manor School (FOMS) is a group of parents and school staff who work together to organise social activities and raise funds for the school. Our aim is to ensure that the money raised directly benefits the children at The Manor School. This work is only possible with the support, enthusiasm and generosity of parents, carers, teachers and other friends.

Gift Aid and joining the Committee
If you are a British taxpayer, signing a Gift Aid Declaration enables FOMS to claim tax back from the Inland Revenue for any donations that you make.
The committee is elected in October every year and new volunteers are always welcome. There are usually six informal committee meetings a year which are held locally. Members can help in many ways including: helping at events; running a stall; selling tickets; going shopping or even face painting! All the fundraising events take a lot of organisation, so any offers of help are greatly appreciated. The Minutes of previous meetings can be viewed in the text box to the right.
