Justice and Peace

What does The Bible tell us about our values for this term?

The Bible tells us that by enabling and finding peace within ourselves, between each other and in our world, we can help to create a just and fair world. Justice in the Bible is shown through love to everybody.

''Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God." (Matthew 5.9).

Reflection questions- do you show justice and peace in all that you do?

  • How do we support charities?

  • Which rules do we have to ensure fairness and equality?

  • How do we show compassion to those who have made mistakes?

  • Where can you go in school when you need some quiet time?

  • How can you be a peacemaker in school and at home?

  • What opportunities do we have to think about issues of peace and justice in our world?
